Everyone in the state has either drove by the Yakima River and/or has fished it during their lifetimes. The Yakima River Red represents the beatiful Rainbows and Cutthroat trout that grow on the river wildly. This is a great beer to enjoy during your float casting hoppers, streams, and even nymphs.

Thinnish porter body with a strong, sweet-ish coffee sheen and some prickly roast flavors. Underneath there was a hint of sourness, which might be from the English ale yeast that was used. I'd call this a solid coffee porter.
