We brewed it with 160 lbs of Maple Sugar from Vermont, Bourbon infused oak chips and all natural Pecan and Vanilla. The beer weighs in ay 9.8% ABV and is a Mahogany color with layers of maple, bourbon and caramel in the flavor. The flavors are richly complex and a balanced finish rounds out the experience. Grab a snifter and enjoy a slice a beer heaven.

Very pleasant maple flavors nicely complemented by nuts flavors. Taste kind of reminds me of wafer cookies :/. (Noooooooo, I forgot to take a photo!!!)
A confection for sure - lots of maple and bourbon in the nose & flavor; sweet, but not cloying. The base beer appears to be a light brown ale with a good, clear yeasty nuttiness, which grounds the whole flavor. A good one to start - or finish - with. (7 oz schooner)
