From the brewer

Two Brothers Brewing Company today announced the release of a new craft beer, Cabinet of Curiosities, developed in collaboration with The Field Museum. All net proceeds from the White India Pale Ale will benefit The Field Museum’s Education programs. “Cabinet of Curiosities symbolizes our commitment to charity and our focus on giving back to the Chicagoland community,” said Jim Ebel, co-owner of Two Brothers Brewing Company. “We have enjoyed creating philanthropic beers with local community programs and are thrilled to have the opportunity to give back to The Field Museum in this way.” With summer underway, the brothers collaborated with Chef Cleetus Friedman to create an India Pale Ale, with a twist, for the new beer. Cabinet of Curiosities will be a traditional India Pale Ale spiced with coriander and orange peel for a refreshing summer beer.

Who's been drinking this

This time it was actually solidly bitter. Not bad, but bitter was the main note.
Standard IPA scent with hints of hop juice. Taste is a nice, mild, IPA. Somewhat juicy, with the IPA balanced by a bit of maltiness. This may be my favorite IPA ever.
