A pale beer with wheat and flaked barley that was soured in the kettle for 72 hrs w lactobacillus Brevus before we finished the brew and fermented it out with our house yeast.

Who's been drinking this

I don't always drink sour. But when I do, I make it Woo Tang.
Good, tart sour. Just light and effervescent otherwise, no highlights that I can detect. I'll note, the scent is almost pure sourdough. Which is somewhat odd.
