In an homage to the jazz trumpeter legend, Satchmo stout is rich and bold, yet with a muted complexity. We toasted up some oats and then blended that with various amounts of two row, chocolate, and black malts into a concoction that was then fermented with a London Ale yeast. In this special release, we infused Satchmo with Vanilla Mint Chai Tea to give this Stout an incredibly enjoyable mixture of complex flavors.
