Rich cereal flavor, almost savory, like a corn chip. Otherwise, very crisp and summery, finishing with an almost acrid, bracing bitterness. It came on a bit strong, to be honest. But I'd drink this again.
Smell is a crisp with a hint of tanginess. On the palate, a bit of wheat-like funkiness combined with some pils malt/cereal flavors as well. Finish follows the funkiness. No hoppiness that I can taste
