Caramel, roasty, malty goodness in a glass. Deep mahogany in color with a creamy tan head, this version of a Scottish Export Ale has a rich, well rounded flavor with notes of sarsaparilla sweetness and touch of a hop in the finish.

Less like the thicker malt bombs common amongst Eastside scotch ales, and more like a solid, caramel and hops lager or bitter. A nice change and quite tasty.
