From the brewer
We introduce new special dark wheat beer. This top-fermented beer made from wheat and barley malts has distinctive aroma ( nutmeg-like, gingerbread-like, fruity, banana-like), dark-copper colour, thick head and high carbonation. Bitterness and hoppy aroma are on low levels, used hops Motueka freshes little bit fruity aroma. Malty taste combines wheat malt with chocolate character of dark barley malt, but without any bitterness from roasting. Monastic brewery Strahov wishes you fresh and sweet-smelling start to the new year.

An effervescent sweet maltiness that travels into my sinuses on the first sip. Highlights that remind me of roast bananas (if I had ever had such a thing). Scent is of understated and unidentifiable fruit.
I kind of feel that this is what the Two Brother's Night Cat is trying to be.
