Brewed in conjunction with Simon Majumdar from "The Next Iron Chef", this is an English Style ESB with a coppery gold color and an ivory head. A light hoppy aroma fills the nose, but comes on malt forward at first sip. Well balanced with a residual sweetness and a clean finish to the palate, encouraging you to take another taste!
