A copper-colored ale exclusively brewed with Cascade hops. Gold medal winner at the 2000 Great American Beer Festival in the Extra Special Strong Bitter category. "Pale does not mean golded like a Pilsner; Ale's were originally named "Pale" to distinguish them from Stouts, Porters, and Browns.

Who's been drinking this

An exercise in funk without any malt backbone. I can't imagine drinking this by itself, but it is a good foil for food.
If there was an exact center of the road, this would be centered on that.
