Moderate cereal body with a good whole wheat character. Nice mild bitterness with a bit of ending tang.
Smells cereal. Front of tongue bitter with moderate cereal body and flavor. The middle bitter is almost peppery. Finishes with a narrow bitter profile, doesn't kick you on the way down.
