Cocoa and roast, smooth but also flattish. The barrel is there but the finish is more bitter than boozy. A little of a chore to finish.

It's light but with a strong bitter backbone, made me think of something like an Italian pilsner but with the sweet, floral notes of rice. Reminiscent of jasmine.
