Not a fan of stouts in general, but this one is pretty decent. Definitely smell some chocolatey/toffee notes, with a bit of a coffee finish.
Nice dry pear cider. Doesn't taste like apple juice, which is like... 80% likely when trying ciders. Nicely bitter and tart. Real tasty.
This is one of the oddest and worst brewed beverages I've had. It smells fairly sour, acrid and artificial. First hit on the tongue is the same as the scent, moving through to yeasty and into bitter and fake-grapefruit. This is awful.
Super interesting! Lots of flavors going on, but it wasn't muddy or unclear. Definitely a lot of spices and solid floral hoppiness. I wouldn't want to drink a whole glass, but I am glad I tried it. Very different, very interesting.
Not super sweet, not super tart, just a touch bitter. I also feel a bit of loamy/musty something, but it isn't unpleasant. Much than most grocery store ciders, and my first draft cider. :)
