Pours thick black, a nice hit of pecan to start. Huge alcohol taste, and then bam! Rye! Wheat! Hops! Bourbon! Wood! This beer punches you in the gut rather than warming you up slowly. It's not close to well-balanced, but it's remarkable for sure.
