Light, almost flavorless .I guess is does have that hint of water bitterness that I associate with cucumbers. Rather meh on lack of taste . Drinking the bottom of the sample a few minutes later, I was pounded with the cucumber flavor .So I guess if you want mildly alcoholic cucumber, then this is the drink for you .
