A light hint of clove and a rounded banana-not-banana-bread flavor open this light, easily drinkable (even at 7+%!) Belgian. I don't know if the yeast they use for this is related at all to the regular house yeast, but it has a similar kind of tanginess, and this beer finishes a lot like the Pils, with clean cereal notes.
