An Italian imperial stout, dark and deep, that tasted like it had seen a fair bit of aging already. Extraordinarily smooth, in a way that doesn't hide the strength of alcohol, but without any bells or whistles either. I don't know if the bottle itself had seen cellar time or if it just usually comes this way.
