I still very much like this cider.

I really like this. Somewhat sweet, but not overly sweet, with this roasted nut shell flavor that I really think complements it.

This is a nice cider with very balanced sweetness. I don't directly notice the hops, but it is serving well to balance the apples into a very pleasant drink.
