Had it with a lime. Cloudy, cereal lager with some bitterness on the backend. Can't tell if the dryness is from the lime or the beer itself, but it does have a bit of a funky smell.
A chocolate-umami stout, although I wouldn't go so far as to say I tasted truffle. It's not unlike candy cap beers I've had before. Faintly sweet and flat, as one might expect from a cask.
Neutral, nutty, medium thick. Roast and bitter chocolate and a lightly smoky/briny aftertaste. Completely unsweet. Don't often see this style anymore and I'm getting a lot of nostalgia.
