Very weird having this right after the sour, it took a few sips to recalibrate. Hoppy, rooty, plenty of caramel, clean finish. Wood rather than booze.

Immediate up-front tartness, a fruity, grapey-apple flavor that isn't too far off from a fancy Martinelli's. Fairly sour.

Some white pepper and corander up front followed by vinous white grape notes. Tart and drying. Love this!

Sweet, lightly yeasty ale with some floral hop, funk, and bitterness coming to the forefront from the cask pour. Saison-like.

Slightly sour, not sweet, but very mellow and smooth. Cola-like but not at all fruity. I think this is pretty great, actually.

Smooth, lightly acidic coffee, caramel. Subdued spice profile. This is pretty nice!

Yeasty and acrid, but with a really strong bubblegum flavor which was gross.
