After an evening of binge watching Gallagher routines, a seed was planted in one of our brewers. Why not make sweet, tart, and sour beer and throw in some mint for some good fun? Let's all go melon crazy!

So it says key lime, but don't think pie. This is more like a lime creamsicle with an overtone of... nutmeg? Maybe? Still, it was unusual, and therefore nice.
