This one won a gold medal at Florida Best Beer Fest in 2019 for the Porter category. This one has dark color of deep brown with reddish/garnet hues, and a creamy head. The nose contains mild notes of roasted grains, chocolate, and toffee. There can also be undertones of coffee or licorice. The mouthfeel is light to allow enjoyment year-round in Florida weather. Hop bitterness is noticeable but balanced with the malt.
