Undisputed Flyweight was brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Last Round Tavern. This beer was an idea I had bouncing around in my head for quite a while and we were pumped to have been able to brew it with Caleb and his crew. At its core, it's an American adjunct lager, using flaked corn and rice to keep the body very light. We did a light dry hopping of about 1#/bbl of Loral hops. It brings a nice citrus element along with a touch of floral/herbal qualities. It's an absolute crusher of a beer, perfect for these ridiculously hot days.

My favorite of the set, has the sweet mellow cereal of a German pils with a bit of the same lemon pine that characterized the Fancy Pants. A cleaner finish, marvelously balanced.
