Patrick Hazy is a BIG, HAZY IPA! Hopped with Chinook in the mash, Citra, and El Dorado in the kettle. Dry hopped with Idaho 7, El Dorado, and Citra during fermentation, and dry hopped again with Sabro, New Zealand Motueka, and Mosaic at the end of fermentation – That’s a lot of hoppin’!
This beer is golden in color, with a complex hop aroma. You may get notes of citrus, hints of cedar, mint, & basil, with a touch of earthiness. It has a big hop flavor up front, fruit follows, with a balance of cracker bread. It finishes smooth, with a creamy mouthfeel.
