From the brewer

Champs de Fraises—French for “strawberry fields”—is an aromatic wild ale co-fermented with 8,000 pounds of Oregon-grown Mt. Hood strawberries. The base beer was aged for up to 36 months in French oak barrels before the fresh whole berries were added for secondary fermentation, resulting in an elixir like no other. Crisp and refreshing; pronounced strawberry fruit flavors with appealing earthiness and lively acidity.

2019 release
Smells strongly of strawberry puree, just deliciously fruity. The flavor is just a bit more tart than I was expecting, but still bright. This was delicious, and definitely lives up to Barrelworks' name.
