What happens when our brewhouse computer loses its mind? The phantom recipe zero pops up and causes havoc for the brewers. We decided to create a real recipe zero to appease the technology gremlins and of course, ourselves. Recipe Zero features the hop varietal Simcoe and is infused with peaches.

Really can’t taste peaches*. Hazy, slightly acrid up front but ends up lightly sweet, understated and mellow. *Maybe a bit "fuzzy" at the end, maybe those are the peaches poking through?
