A copper-colored clean amber lager exhibiting a soft, smooth, toasty, bready, elegant malt complexity. Finishes fairly dry and has a subtle German noble hop presence. We properly lagered this beer for many weeks to coax out smooth, well-integrated flavors.

Smells dank. Buttery, mild, kind of straddles the line between a lightly hoppy amber ale and a Vienna lager. Sits a little soapy in the back of the throat.
