We aged our Parabola imperial stout for a year in premium bourbon barrels to gain depth, complexity and intensity. Then came an exotic twist—freshly toasted coconut and cocoa nibs added to the final blend to accentuate Parabola’s signature character. The result is a must-try for fans of rare barrel-aged beers. Silky coconut and mocha notes, accentuating Parabola’s prodigious flavors of chocolate, vanilla, black cherry and coffee.

Thickish as you’d expect from Parabola. Strong mocha, fainter coconut… something of a stronger bitterness than expected to finish.
