From the brewer

“Mon Chéri” means “my darling” in French and this recipe is a love letter from our brewer, Quinn, to his wife who loves cherries. Mon Chéri Stout is made with Balenton and Montmorency cherries, brewed with oats and a dash of brown sugar creating aromas of amaretto and almond. With one sip you’ll instantly get flavors of cherry cobbler, vanilla, and chocolate, followed by a silky, velvety finish.

2019 release
Still delicious, and maybe a touch smoother on draft.
2019 release
Held up well in the recapped bottle, even after four days.

2019 release
The Cherry was just on the edge of cough syrup but was nicely countered with some dark chocolate bitterness. It’s still fairly sweet so probably best delivered in a desert context and in small quantities.
