From the brewer

Kolsch is known as the switch hitter of beers; it likes its fermentation on top with ale yeast and is finished in cold temperatures like a lager. Brewed with Mandarina Bavaria hops which has an aromatic delight of light spice, citrus, biscuit, and toast.

Who's been drinking this

Mellow, sweet cereal, hint of fruit.
I guess El Gaucho has a brewery now? It may have been the sun, but this beer tasted slightly skunked. On the hoppy side for a Kolsch, too. It was okay, and I was really here for the food anyway.
