Kill of the Grange was brewed with Maris Otter, flaked barley, and a variety of dark specialty malt and hopped lightly with East Kent Goldings. It was fermented cool with one of our favorite strains of yeast of British origin.

Good medium-bodied stout, a bit oily and "dirty" tasting. Mental image is of a few coffee grounds making it into the glass. The dirty seems reflected in the thick lattice pattern left by the head.
