This American style IPA features a mixture of popular U.S hops, giving this beer the might and power you’d expect from the USS Nimitz and the balance and beauty of Michael Flatley river dancing on a bed of fresh Columbus, Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Named after the famous Perris Valley sky diving drop zone in California. One of David’s favourite zones. #westcoastipachallenge
