Belgian-style dubbel aged in Pinot Noir casks for a year, secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces, conditioned on figs, hints of brown sugar and dates meet funk and tartness.

Missed logging this at the time and it's way in the past. I do remember liking this very much and that the fig was quite striking.
