Pink Drink is a lightly tart and refreshing kettle sour brewed with fresh raspberry puree. What makes this beer a “kettle” sour? The addition of lactobacillus (the same beneficial bacteria found in unsweetened yogurt and sauerkraut) in the kettle gives this style its signature tartness. Pours a lovely pink color, making it pleasing to the eye and to the palate.

Refreshing, tart, but clean sour raspberry. Only the tiniest hint of funk, this really doesn’t resemble a beer. Only knock is that off all the berry flavors, raspberry is my least favorite.
