Our interpretation of this Southern-Belgian farmhouse ale employs a long-grain bill and the addition of freshly-ground black pepper to the Brew Kettle. We use the versatile Ardennes yeast from Belgium, adding notes of bubblegum, banana and cloves to this Saison’s sturdy malt backbone.

Leather & Pine. Very Malty. Roy disagrees about the leather, which may be due to never having actually "eaten leather." I told him we'll see and what happens in Canada stays in Canada.
