Cave Torch is our Tropical IPA fermented on Mandarin Orange. Brewed with a nice malt backbone provided by the flaked wheat and Vienna malt then Dry-Hopped with equal parts Citra, Amarillo and Wakatu. This IPA has a strong aroma of fresh squeezed orange juice with a hint of tropical fruit. Cave Torch pours a hazy, golden orange with an off white head.

Just a taste. Very lightly carbonated, almost cake-like. Light bubblegum and buttery notes. Very mild finish.
