This beer will get your inner hipster ecstatic. It combines many of those things that hipsters love, all in one convenient beverage. First, this is an IPA. Citrusy, fruity and a bit piney; it's a good foundation. Next, we combine this IPA with single-origin cold brew Ethiopian Coffee, straight from the McMenamins Coffee Roaster. We used cold brew because it imparts more flavor, less acid and more caffeine...and because it's cool. We had to brew this one before Coffee IPA's become too mainstream.
