Our Triple Exultation Old Ale is aged for six months in single pass, white oak bourbon barrels. Twenty-One is a big, bold brew that takes on rich notes of bourbon, toffee, toasted malts and ripe fruit while its aroma is reminiscent of vanilla, oak, molasses and carmel.

Exactly what you'd expect... Caramel/toffee sweetness, mellow flavor, slightly hop spiciness, clearly quite alcoholic. Definitely solid.
