Our version of the classic Extra Special/Strong Bitter style is bitter in name only. This ale is extremely balanced with a wonderfully complex palate of toffee, toasted bread and hints of caramel that isn’t too sweet because of the mild hop bitterness.

Biscuit-like. Brown sugar cookie. Light body, not noticeably hoppy, with a buttery finish.
