Big flavors do not have to be synonymous with one-and-done beers. We love dessert just as much as we love dark beer and we think that enjoying more than one of either should never be a problem. In this medium-bodied Baltic Porter we use a combination of specialty malts and caramel to capture rich flavors like chocolate, caramel and vanilla alongside a lager yeast that brings a clean finish. This Baltic Porter pairs well with dishes such as chocolate mole or caramel flan.

Slightly metallic, a little more sour than expected, but also had a nice chocolate-lactic smoothness that I liked. Reminiscent of the milk stouts from Belching Beaver. Didn't taste any cinnamon, really, though. Other folks hated this!
