Our brewer, David, being a native of the warmth of the Florida sun, began to get a bit “tired” of the traditional Chicagoland winter. He decided to brew this one with visions of again feeling the warmth of the sun on his face while enjoying his brew at an outdoor, sidewalk beer garden. He says "Once that happens, spring is finally here!" Get your flip-flops out. Summer is just around the corner. Cheers! Slightly tart from the addition of blackberry puree. Fresh full hop flavor. Traditional light straw notes as expected in a saison. Easy drinking session style beer just right for the spring season
