Olympia Coffee Roasting series is an ongoing partnership to craft the most delicious coffee beers in the world. We continue the series by brewing the perfect summer coffee beer. We started with carefully brewed single origin Banko Natural from Yirgacheffe Ethiopia, a natural process coffee, and blended it with our palm sugar ale. Break out the biscotti!
