Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than typical summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we call a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorful, yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma are another matter, as the Perle and Chinook Hops used in the latter stages of each batch intermingle to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral experience, in addition to slightly spicy notes. Fruity pale with very nice, mild hop flavors; finishes with a nice barley malt flavor, slightly toasted. A very decent summer ale!
