Sour Ale Brewed with Tart Cherries Aged in Oak Wine Barrels
For our updated variation on the classic cherry sour, we've combined the tart bite of Michigan grown, Montmorency "American Pie" cherries with our wine barrel-aged mixed-fermentation sour golden ale. The resulting brew is simultaneously nostalgic and forward thinking. We love the Brett character that already shines through in this beer. We can't wait to see how it conditions, and look forward to tasting it in the future!

A delicious sour. A very nice, fruity tartness that didn't have any distinctly cherry notes, more like a well-developed, integrated malt-tart harmony of flavor. Love this venue as well!
