The THIRD of our 20th Anniversary Series Releases! Shortly after Silver City Brewery opened in 1996, Copper Mountain Maibock joined the seasonal lineup. Brewmaster Don Spencer’s love letter to the German Maibock tradition, Copper Mtn is a deceptively strong, but approachable lager defined by its rich caramel sensibility, encapsulated by a refreshing, easy-going texture.

Probably shouldn't have tried this after a chili beer, but I think I liked this. Great, bready body, like fresh toast. Good malt, slightly on the thin side, but well-balanced.
