This tasty brew started with our house lager yeast strain and a lot of Mosaic hops, which will go well with lager yeast. We also used the experimental hop HBC344, which features berry notes that will work well with the mosaic and lager character. It was dry hopped at a colder temperature than normal with Citra, Azacca and more Mosaic hops.
