"LE Perfectionniste" our French style Farmhouse ale with Nelson Sauvin hops spent just over 4 months in oak that formerly housed a robust Pinot Noir. A HUGE thank you to Dhiren & Ankur from Foremost in AH for providing us with the barrel & the opportunity to make some amazing beer!

Delicious. Dry saison notes with mild Belgian spice and a finish that tends more towards a fruity, round grape than barrel tannins. Tiny bit of funk keeps the flavor complex. I really wish I had more of this to age.
