Representatives from each brewery involved in the collaboration project serve on the Washington Beer Commission’s Festival Committee: Beardslee Public House, Diamond Knot Brewing, Elysian Brewing, Fremont Brewing, and Two Beers Brewing. The five breweries collaborated on the beer, which was brewed at Two Beers Brewing.

Somewhere between a pale ale and a kölsch, with a bit of fruity, yeasty tang and what seems like fragrant dry-hopping, closing with cereal sweetness and pilsner-like bitterness.
