Many of you are familiar with our Moose & Squirrel Russian Imperial Stout– a strong and chewy dark beer comprised of several rich malts and layers of fruitiness, chocolate, and coffee. This is that, but aged in Pinot Noir wine barrels for over a year to achieve more complexity, as well as some mild oak and Pinot flavors. It makes for the perfect night-cap drink!

A lot of winners at this year's stout fest! I wish I could tell you in more detail exactly what this tasted like, but my notes are basically: "Loved this. Cherry / tannic qualities really enhance this."
