A classic Belgian inspired blond ale with rye malt, Ella hops and yeast originating from the Belgian Ardennes. Light copper with a rocky white head. Stone fruit and herbal phenolics originate from the Belgian yeast with a spicy finish from the rye malt and Ella hops.

Very pleasant banana & spice Belgian pale, mildly sweet and refreshing. Had it with Redhook's pulled pork sandwich, and it was perfect.
